Q1: (a) What is the special section of federal law (i.e., the title of the law and the section number) that allows for "sub-minimum wage" work? (b) How many employees with disabilities did it allow to be paid less than minimum wage in the United States in 2016?
Q2: Compare and contrast Tillman Mitchell's experience finding work outside of a sheltered workshop with that of Sarah Frost.
