i. We know that there are three predictive factors for change; nature and nurture, sensitive periods of development, and genetic factors. For each of the three factors, give specific examples for how each of the factors can affect a child's behavior.
ii. Explain cognitive mechanisms that regulate impulse control. Include in your answer changes that occur during early childhood. Can impulse control be trained or is it a natural development?
iii. According to Vygotsky, what should parents and other caregivers do to encourage children's learning? Give detailed descriptions of this theory.
