Problem
Keep in mind how often you have heard someone complain that "it's not fair" when they are objecting to someone's moral choice. then, for this class, please read Held- The Meshing of Care and Justice.pdf and Noddings- An Ethic of Caring.pdf . These provide a critique of Rawls, and compare it to a ethics of "care".
In a paragraph, summarize and explain briefly what an "ethic of care" is. In a second paragraph, defend it - why is it a good idea? In a third paragraph, compare your thoughts on care ethics versus justice as the best way to solve moral problems. Feel free to use an example from the course so far, or one of your own choosing.
