- You are required to complete Task A and Task B of this assignment in GROUPS (Maximum four members in a group).
- The weightage of this assessment will be converted to 20% after marking.

Case: Your company has decided to send a group of few employees to receive training in a non-Arab country. You have to choose a foreign country and design a workshop/training program for the employees on the business etiquettes of that country, covering the following points: dress code, greetings, dining etiquettes, meeting and phone etiquettes, etc.

Task A: Based on the above Scenario, You have to write a report of 700-800 words. In the report, you are required to compare business etiquettes of your chosen county (a non-Arab country) with similar type of Business etiquettes in Oman to show how similar or different they are from each other.
Parts of the Report
- cover page, which indicates module title, names of students, name of instructor and date of submission
- Table of contents, which includes heading, subheading and page numbers.
- Introduction COMMUNICATION
Introduce the topic; indicate the objective of the report and methods of data collection
- Discussion SIMILARITY AND DIFFERENCE
Describe, explain and compare Business etiquette of your chosen countries
- Conclusion
Reveal main findings regarding the questions and present some recommendations.

Note: 1.The report should be well formatted, text color black, Times New Roman, font 12.
2. There will be deduction of marks for spelling and grammatical error.
3. Late submission and Plagiarism policy will be applied accordingly.
4. Each group of students is also required to submit a proposal of about 150 words.
5. Each student in the group is required to include Self-reflection in the report.
6. Each group should have a different foreign country.

Task B: Presentation of Task A

The students are also required to carry out a verbal presentation of Task A using power point slides and other dramatizations techniques such as role-play, acting etc.
