Text Book: The Practice of Adaptive Leadership- Tools and Tactics for Changing Your Organization and the World by Ronald A. Heifet, Marty Linsky and Alexander Grashow.
• Consider and research adaptive challenges that are relevant to your organization, work, and/or field.
• Identify one leadership practice from The Practice of Adaptive Leadership that you can implement in your professional life. Attempt to apply the identified practice.
• Write two sections in paper:
o Explain an adaptive challenge that currently confronts an organization for which you work or with which you are familiar. Your post should identify the organization and clearly state the factors that result in an adaptive, rather than technical, challenge. This section of the post can be strengthened by incorporating sources.
o Describe the leadership practice from The Practice of Adaptive Leadership that you attempted to implement. What was the result? Will you continue this practice?
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
