Expectation of privacy - troopers locker


Question: There is NO reasonable expectation of privacy in the following cases EXCEPT in a trooper's locker where supervisors routinely obtained access to work-related contents of the locker in lockers where a supervisor had an additional key to the lockers where promises were made by the employer that the office desk was off-limits to other than the officer, and not subject to random search in text messages sent and received on the Department-issued text messaging system.
