Normal saline solution is a solution of sodium chloride in sterile water at a concentration of 0.9%. Is that what you meant? As you probably know, there are many concentration of saline solutions on the market. One has always to make sure you dispense the right solution to the patient. Otherwise, a patient can die if the wrong solution is administered to her.
