Underneath the land on part of the property there is a known deposit of copper that could be mined. Wanda keeps horses for riding and the horses are kept in a corral (fenced area for livestock).
In this example, the house, swimming pool, the trees that are still living and growing, the copper deposit, and the corral are all examples of real property. The horses are an example of personal property.
