Examine four roles that leaders often assume when using cfir

Problem

1) Examine the four roles that leaders often assume when using CFIR:

a) Opinion Leaders: Expert or peer opinion leaders who exert their influence on others.

b) Formally Appointed Internal Implementation Leaders: Individuals who work for the organization who are responsible for implementing the intervention as coordinators, project managers, team leaders, etc.

c) Champions: People who actively and enthusiastically promote the implementation.

d) External Change Agents: Individuals external to the implementation process who facilitate intervention decisions.

2) Select two of these roles on which to focus.

Post a comprehensive response to the following:

1) Using your two selected CFIR roles, explain how that role would be different for a clinical leader, such as nurse manager, chief medical officer, or director of the pharmacy, versus an administrative leader, such as chief information officer, patient accounts supervisor, or human resources director.

2) Make sure you include resources and citations to support your stance and to explain the differences between a leader in a clinical role and an administrative role.
