Before completing this assignment, make sure you read chapter 5 of your text. Review what an action plan is. This assignment is based off of Figure 5.6 on page 217.
Even if you don't notice it, every day we are executing some sort of action plan. For this assignment, I want you to pick an action plan for a task, or training topic of your choice. Maybe it is to get an A in this class, to get a 4.0, to not procrastinate, etc. Find something you can really dig into and help you to understand the true components of an action and take note of how we do this daily, just with a more simplistic approach.
