It appears that you did not do an analysis of the case study and provide information to recommendations to fix the problems and examples of real world scenarios of the project management concept would be used.
The learning objectives for week 6 as stated in the Learning Module 6 includes:
o Recognize and manage for constraints and limited availability of human resources
o Employ interpersonal and management skills to address and manage conflicts among stakeholders
o Create stakeholder management strategies to maximize positive stakeholder impacts and minimize negative stakeholder impacts
o Describe the importance of effective communication in the context of project management
In week six we have a case study assignment. As stated in the rubric the goal of the project execution, reporting, and managing resources case study is to apply the project management knowledge you have gained in the course and to challenge you to critically apply knowledge gained in a real-project situation.
The analysis should include evaluation of the following:

o Evaluation of the project manager's compression of the project schedule
o Evaluation of the project cost and schedule variances
Project Conflict and Team Management
o Managing project conflict
o Team management
Stakeholder Engagement and Resource Allocation
o Project manager communication and stakeholder engagement
o Human resource allocation and management
Requirements of submission: Evaluation of the case study should be approximately 750 words, using 12-point Times New Roman font, double spacing, one-inch margins, and a minimum of two references in APA format.
