Question: 40-year-old female presents to the outpatient medical office for evaluation of recurring chest pain. the patient is concerned about the pain; she went to the hospital 11 and 6 months ago with similar complaints, but nothing has been found to be wrong. Associated symptoms are heartburn and an acid in her mouth, progressively getting worse over the last 6 months
