As a member of the program evaluation team, you have been chosen to present your proposed evaluation design to the organization's leaders and stakeholders.

Create a presentation in which you:

• Describe the purpose of the evaluation.
• Evaluate questions and their justifications.
• Evaluate plan matrixes.
• Data collection procedures
• Data analysis procedures
• Reporting procedures

Discuss the measures/instruments (include an example of at least one of these instruments).

Identify stakeholders and describe their responsibilities.

Record a 10 to 15 minute video in which you share the proposed evaluation design presentation in a professional and precise manner.

Upload your presentation to a web-based platform (e.g., YouTube^TM, Vimeo, etc.) or cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive^TM, DropBox®, etc.). Be sure to set the appropriate viewing/sharing permissions.

Note: Do not attempt to submit your presentation as a video file (.mp4, .mov). You must provide a URL link to the material.
