Problem
Critically evaluate the usability of two free music streaming services (YouTube Music and Spotify) with a focus on creating new playlists using these services. Only use the free version of Spotify and YouTube Music to do usability evaluation.
The question is to do a Usability report:
i. Identification of formal evaluation criteria sets (e.g. Nielsen's heuristics, Benyon, etc.) and justification for the individual criteria chosen for the evaluation.
ii. Evaluating and comparing two music services on usability, including a heuristic evaluation that provides evidence of critical and analytical thinking and,
iii. Concluding the evaluation with a discussion of takeaways and guidelines relevant for inclusion into the mid-fidelity prototype.
