ii. List and evaluate the types of lean techniques and concepts that are currently being employed by this company.
iii. Do you feel that this company is successfully implementing these lean operations concepts? If so, why? If not, why not?
iv. Choose a new lean technology that you would like to implement in this company. Justify how this technology would benefit the company. Should it replace one of the existing technologies?
