1. I want you to reflect on your organization and list out what you feel are the KPI's of an effective leader in your organization. These need to me KPI's that can be measured by the organization to evaluate the performance and growth of your leadership personal and teams
2. Most organizations have some form of leadership development programs. Do some research and provide a short overview of the leadership development program that your company has in place. Also, reflect on leadership programs that you have been part =of and/or completed in your current and prior organizations. List the core building blocks of a Leadership Development Program

What should an executive leader do when he/she determines they have made a poor decision based either on the facts presented, or the time frame around which the decision was made.
What are the next steps that a leader should take to over come the poor decision? How do they minimize the perceptions & reality of the poor decision, while also maintaining a strong leadership position within the organization.
