Evaluate the legal aspects of procurement for this assignment. Prepare a paper in which you analyze, summarize, and provide examples of
(a) contract law,
(b) agency law,
(c) the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and
(d) the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Also, identify a specific industry of interest to you and project that might realistically take place in that industry. For this industry-product combination, including in your paper a reflection on which of (a), (b), (c), and/or (d) would apply and which would not, using examples to support your position.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) scholarly references.
Create a 5 to 7 pages not including title and reference pages.
