"Service Quality in the Restaurant Sector in Oman"
1. To evaluate selected themed restaurants in terms of service quality through using five key attributes which are; Reliability, Assurance, Responsiveness, tangibles and Empathy.
2. To identify the strengths and weaknesses of each restaurant in order to provide appropriate recommendations; and
3. To determine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. To review the relationship between dine serve model attributes and service quality in theme restaurant in Muscat.
