Evaluate numerous quality measurement projects

Problem:

As the assistant to a Regional Director of Quality Assessment and Continuous Improvement, you have been asked to (a) develop local surveys and (b) determine if there are national databases to be used for benchmarking.  This is to be an annual project, and thus an opportunity to make a model for the facilities' forthcoming QA&CIP. It is also important for resource allocation in addition to determining how much of the facilities budget will need to be allocated for the forthcoming Regional QA&CIP.  While it is not possible to make and evaluate numerous quality measurement projects, you decide to collect patient, provider, compliance, and system-wide measures that can be aggregated into a meaningful regional facility profile on such short notice.
