You have been selected by your nonprofit agency to evaluate client satisfaction with various clinical services. The agency serves approximately 2,000 clients. How would you go about planning a process to evaluate client satisfaction with services?
This discussion question meets the following CACREP Standards:
a. Needs assessments.
b. Analysis and use of data in counseling.
c. Ethical and culturally relevant strategies for conducting, interpreting, and reporting the results of research and/or program evaluation.
