Read Case "Implementing a Performance Management Communication Plan at Accounting, Inc.", in the text. Write a paper addressing each of the following:
• Evaluate Accounting, Inc.'s communication-plan development.
• Does it answer all of the questions that a good communication plan should answer?
• Which questions are left unanswered?
• How would you provide answers to the unanswered questions, if any?
The paper should be 3-5 pages long (not counting the title or reference pages, which you must include), double-spaced, formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements, and include a minimum of three scholarly sources not assigned as readings in the course. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these sources.
