1. Ethics is a set of moral values akin to a code that a person abides by. Because we live in a world where everybody is their own unique person, people have different perceptions of what would be considered morally wrong and what is morally right. Since the day that we have all been brought into this world our moral values have been shaped by friends, families, and the environment that we grow up in. We define what is right and wrong from these people because when we are born into this world we were born without any sense of ethics whatsoever. We were brought into this world without any sense of right or wrong and having knowledge of ethics does not come with an instruction manual so people tend to pick up what they consider to morally right or wrong from the people around them. It is for this reason that significant people in your life have a pretty strong impact in the way an individual defines their moral and ethic values.

2. The first context that defines what ethics is known as personal which is what a person perceives as what is morally right and what is morally wrong based on the sense of values that they abide by. This relates to ethics because ethic is defines as a set of moral values that a person abides by and the personality context relates to that context due to it representing a person's own set of life codes that they abide by. The second context that defines what ethics is known as social. The second context explains how interaction with the people in your life and the enviroment that you live in affects an individuals sense of ethics. This relates to ethics because in the environment that a person is raised in it can either positively impact their sense of ethics or negatively impact it. The people that an indiviual is surrounded by andthe environment around them can twist what a person perceives as morally right and wrong due to following the examples set by those people. When a person commits a crime they could be doing it for the right reasons even though it could be perceived as wrong by others. People tend to commit crimes because of the circumstances that they live in and some feel that they have no choice but to resort to breaking the law in order to provide for their family. This alsorelates to ethics because people that tend to commit crimes but have good motives for it commit those acts based on what they perceive as righteous. The third context that defines ethics is known as criminal justice. The third context explains that sometimes what is considered wrong is good and that what is recognized as right by others is considered wrongl. The third context refers to a number of things such as corruption within the world and unjust laws that affect society. This relates to ethics because it shows that people with a lot power and authority decide to abuse that power based on their own perceived code of ethics. To sum it all up people that abuse their power would be widely recognized by others to have terrible code of ethics and bad moral values.

3. The first goal of exploring ethics is "Become more aware and open to moral and ethical issues." This relates to the other goals of ethics due to it focusing on brushing up on moral and ethical issues and sharpening your mind. By becoming more aware of issues such as these it allows you to develop a better understanding of the true meaning of ethics and teach these values to others. Along with becoming more aware of these issues you will also pickup on learning more about the criminal justice system which plays a major role in ethics due to their role in punishing those that break the law and corruption that can occur in the system. The second goal of exploring ethics is "Begin to developcritical thinking and analytical skills." By developing the critical thinking and analytical skills it allows a person to better understand the criminal justice system and help allow them to perceive what is morally right or wrong in our society. By developing these analytical skills it helps people to become more aware of moral and ethical issues out there in the world. The third goal of exploring ethics is to "Become more personally responsible." This goal refers to becoming more involved in searching fo moral issues and effectively responding to them. By actively searching for moral issues out there in the world it helps people to gain a better understanding of ethical issues in the world and also sharpens their critcial thinking skills by diving headfirst into finding solutions to these dilemas. By searching for the truth it will alsohelp to accomplish a better understanding of what goes on in the criminal justice system in regards to actions that go on within the system that would be deemed unethical. The fourth goal of exploring ethics is to 'Understand how criminal justice is engaged in a process of coercion." By gaining a better understanding of how criminal justice system is engaged in immoral acts it can lead to people out there actively searching for the truth to help put an end to the corruption. To be able to resolve moral issues withing the criminal justice system people will develop critcial thinking and analytical skills to help think of a way to end the corruption. By people getting more involved with understanding the criminal justice system it will make them more aware of moral issues that occur in the system and in turn become more personally responsible to respond to these issues. By doing all these actions it will a person to gain insight to end the corruption in the criminal justice system. The fifth goal of exploring ethics is to develop wholesight. By developingwholesight it allows a person to work towards achieving a goal for the greater good. This relates to the other goals of exploring ethics because this is what helps enable people to come together for the greater good. By coming together they can end the coercion that occurs in the criminal justice system and become more personally responsible in resolving ethical issues that occur. By people coming together it helps to spread the word of these major issues and allow more people to become aware of thes moral dilemas. If people come together they would be able to teach one another positive moral values and to better develop thinking and analytical skills to resolve these issues peacefully.
