Task
I. Analyze what Rhea is eating. Estimate the Calories, micro and macronutrients consumed using a diet analysis program that provides all essential macro and micronutrients. Print diet analysis results. You must show how your estimate was obtained to receive credit!
II. Estimate Rhea's energy needs. Use the Mifflin formula plus non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) plus exercise thermogenesis when determining total energy expenditure. Explain and show your work/calculations. Do not use percent of total calories or a single factor based on "heavy exercise."
