Assignment task: Billy is a Communications Specialist working internally with a software development team at CDL Ltd. Recently, he has discovered that the development team, whom he should be the only point of contact, is constantly receiving outside communications from other members of the organization and clients specifying bug (error) fixes. He has tried, repeatedly, to explain to different stakeholders that all communications should go through him, but, to little success. He has now come to you, the Business Process Analyst (BPA) asking for support in an establishment of a standardized communication plan that can be sent out, as a Process Flow, to all the effected stakeholders.
