Problem: Consider what you learned about establishing goals consistent with your values and ethics. Identify and discuss a goal you set for yourself and accomplished after much hard work and dedication. What motivated you and how did the results make you feel? Also offer an example of a goal that you set but did not meet, and reflect on what you learned and what helped you understand why you were not successful (i.e., perhaps think about what element of a SMART goal was lacking).
