Using the ORID model, students evaluate their leadership skills based on the teamwork they have during the course. ORID is an acronym for Objective, Reflective, Interpretational and Decisional. Objective - This first sets the scene. Provides the context. Establishes the facts and introduces any data sources that are behind the subject. It provides the basis for all parties to "get on the same page".
