Assignment task: Health and Healing Domain
Focuses on how nurses use a relational inquiry approach to promote their relational practice with clients and develop an understanding of the client's experiences of health and healing.
Competencies

The client is an 85yrs old female living in a long-term care facility, diagnosed with Paraplegic Bengn spinal cord tumor, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. She uses a wheelchair and is always incontinent of urine.

How can one meet all these competencies and best provide client-centered care? An example of each domain and how the competencies were mate as a nursing student.
