Market goods and services Internationally - Analyze and present research information
In a group of up to 5 people, you are required to research and select an Australian product or services to be exported and marketed from an international Destination. The selected country must be one of the top 10 current export country
You are required to develop a marketing plan for your selected product or service. A marketing plan for an international marketing venture is similar to a domestic marketing plan in that you must include all the usual marketing considerations and requirements, such as the marketing mix, targeting and pricing and other. In an international marketing plan you must of course investigate and account for all the additional factors involved in marketing across national borders. Some of these factors will be:
• Laws and regulations relevant to the country and the product you are dealing with.
• Taxes, Tariffs and import restrictions, quotas
• Distribution systems.
• Availability of skilled labor and facilities.
• Social and cultural factors
• Religious considerations
• Method of market entry
Your Report should included:
1. Identify and research an international market. Conduct a PEST Analysis on the international market you have chosen to enter. Identify market conditions, barriers and trends.
2. Identify resources and sources of assistance for your export venture
3. Identify a target market in chosen country, explain how you will position your product And how you will target your selected segment.
4. Research relevant cultural and social requirements, environmental issues, ethical principles and relevant legislations.
This is a group assessment; you are to work in a group of not more than 5 people. Your company ACME consultants has been recruited by a company (of your choice) to review and evaluate their business's operations mainly on their client's relationship and networking management, whereby you are required to make suggestions and recommendations as necessary.
You have been engaged to prepare and present a report to your client. The task is to prepare and present a report explaining the idea and importance to your client's interest in building of client relationships and business networks. Your client wants you to help them improve this aspect of their business so is looking to you for clarification, ideas and suggestions.
Your report should cover these broad areas:
• A discussion of the concept of Relationship Marketing. what it means, and how it can benefit your client's operations.
• The importance and value of establishing, maintaining and improving good client relationships
• Suggestions and strategies for establishing, maintaining and improving good client relationships.
• The value of building and maintaining business networks.
• Strategies and measures that can be used to measure customer relationships?

3. Maintain and improve ongoing relationships with client
