A chain of 50 three-star hotels in 15 countries around the world is losing customers and its profits are going down. Something must be done. The CEO asks you to have a meeting with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas on how to increase profits and customer retention.
Now that the meeting of your team has finished, pretend that you are the person who directed the meeting. Write an email to the general manager of the company which owns the hotel, giving realistic proposals about what the company should do to make the hotel profitable again.
Use your dictionary to check spellings, and check your writing carefully for mistakes before you hand it in. Write at least 200 words.
