My scenario:
ME plans to build a facility in a small town in California. This facility will build medical equipment that contains toxic and hazardous materials. By locating their facility in this town, ME will receive substantial tax benefits in return of providing over 1500 jobs. The local community members have started campaigns against the building of this facility fearing "a potential for serious environmental problems". The environmental problems cited range from toxic waste and pollution to destroying many of the major attributes of the beautiful landscape and nearby ocean. As an ME representative, you are responsible to address the community. What solutions would you suggest regarding the social responsibilities and the latest "go green" trend? Include benefits for ME as well as benefits to the community (note: the facility hasn't been built yet)
