The research question is known and is divided in 3 sub questions. So in the body there must be theories regarding these 3 sub questions →
What impact has bullying on the fairness and how does these factors relates to satisfaction on the work floor?
This research question is divided in the following three subjects:
-bullying
-fairness at work
-satisfaction at work.
So the sub questions need to be formulated according the 3 subject mentioned above.
Introduction:
-why it is important
-what do we know about it.
-what we don't know about it → from here we get the research question.
-Relevance of research question.

all theories from articles comes here
abuse on the workfloor: theories
fairness on the workfloor: theories
satisfaction on the workfloor: theories
Sequence all theories: concept a - concept b concept c
After that blend them. → Compile them where is possible.
Then Statements: answering the research questions.
Conclusion abuse has negative effect on the satisfaction on the workfloor but fairness on work is positive on satisfaction. - This could be the conclusion of the literature review, if found differently, alter please!

Future research if possible → something which isn't research which can be research in the future → empirical research to do in the future.
The thesis is already little written, if you like you can adjust the research question a bit, but abuse on the work floor must stay.
