Course Research Paper or Course Case Study Information
You are required to write either a Course Research Paper or an aviation accident Course Case Study.
The Course Aviation Accident Case Study MUST:
• Employ a preponderance of the information to be covered in this course (as appropriate) to analyze, evaluate, and create a solution(s) to a major historical aviation accident(from the NTSB website) incorporating the following
• Employ the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), SHELL model, Human Factors checklist used for the accident investigation
MUST meet the following criteria:
• Be 8 to 10 pages in length, double-spaced (body only, not including other pages).
• Be written in APA style (current edition).
Grading Standard is the Research Paper Rubric (PDF attached).
