Victoria recently bought a house from Albert. She looked around twice and nothing had been said about removing items from the property. Now she has moved in, she has found that the following items have been removed by Albert:
a) The plasma screen television which had been built into a specially created recess in the lounge wall. There are holes in the plaster where wires have been disconnected and screws pulled out. The estate agents' brochure had described the lounge as having "a fine built-in television".
b) Eight surround-sound speakers which had rested on the floor or on low-level brackets in the lounge. These had been described as "bringing cinema quality sound to the comfort of your own lounge".
c) A large free-standing shed which rested on a brick base.
d) A combined statue and water feature powered by an electric pump.
Advise Victoria whether any of the missing items belong to her.
