International Trade textbook, there is a Headlines article about the solar energy industry in Europe and their effort to impose anti-dumping tariffs on China to protect this industry. Please read the article and assess if this effort by the European Union has merit and whether or not it will be effective. If you deem that the effort would not be effective, explain what you would do differently and why. Also, through additional research, please explain if the solar energy industry is an infant industry and if there would be any additional protections that you would come up with for the European Union.
