Create a needs assessment tool to facilitate your planning of the Wk 6 - Summative Assessment: School-Wide Professional Development Plan. Your needs assessment tool should be 15-20 questions in length and meet the following requirements:

  • Align with the 2 or 3 high priority areas previously identified in Week 1
  • Include 3 or 4 questions related to each topic listed below:
  • Student learning needs (e.g., teachers' perception of the needs, essential resources, and materials)
  • Professional learning needs (e.g., teachers' perception of the needs, helpful resources, and materials)
  • Professional development delivery (e.g., suggested options, rate of occurrence, activities, follow-up)

 Write summary in which you describe your strategy for implementing the needs assessment tool at your school. Include the following information:
