Critically assess the design and nature of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Discuss the aspects of development stipulated by the MDGs. Identify the countries that have been the most/least successful in achieving the MDGs. In your view what factors have contributed/inhibited the success of some countries in achieving the MDGs?
