Heart Rate Monitor Lab - Stressful Situation
Remember to moisten the electrodes on the attaching transmitter with the chest strap.
1. Put yourself in a situation that you know causes stress. This event should last approximately 20 - 90 minutes. Examples are rush hour traffic, confrontation, exam, hectic schedule, interview, home visit, skydiving, etc.
2. Record your heart rate every 2 or 3 minutes for a minimum of 20 minutes.
