Question 1. What things should be taken into consideration in the creation of a roadmap for a strategic plan? What are examples of external and internal change agents? What role do change agents play in the execution of a road map for a strategic plan?
Question 2. As you say, companies can't just mention the mission once and expect employees to remember it forever. However, something as simple as the mission can be posted in a visible location where employees are constantly reminded of it. You can't necessarily do that with the strategy. How often does the strategy need to be communicated? Should you cover certain parts of it more frequently?
Question 3. When a company is getting ready to implement its strategic plan, what would make them choose an internal change agent over an external change agent? Are there any drawbacks to using an interal change agent?
