Assignment task:
Journal Prompt(s): Identify which aspects of the models (you should draw from more than one) considered this week (transformational, adaptive, servant, authoritative, and authentic) most appeal to you, and explain why. Identify aspects of the models that pose questions, concerns, challenges, or dilemmas for you, and explain why. This assignment is not asking you to pick a model that you like or to pick one you don't like. In your write-up, do not simply name the model and explain why it appeals to you. Your journal entry must specify which particular elements or aspects of the model/models you've selected are appealing to you. Draw upon both personal experience/observation and the readings in your explanations. As you think about applying the model elements that resonate with you, consider (and discuss) both concepts/principles that you extract or derive from those model features and protocols/procedures that might support your communication and application of them. Please note: "None" is a legitimate response to either question; however, if that is your response, ensure that your explanation robustly identifies why you're not able to select some aspect for more specific analysis.
