H(s) = 19/(s + 0.329s^2+ 0.00545s^3 )
a) Determine the open-loop transfer function and draw a block diagram of the control system.
b) Using Matlab draw an open-loop bode diagram and find the margins. Is the closed-loop system stable, marginally stable or unstable?
