20 can climb poles and splice wire;
25 can cut trees and splice wire;
11 can do all three;
9 can''t do any of the three (management trainees)."
1. Draw a Venn diagram of John's section of the electric company using T = those who cut trees, P = those who climb poles, and W = those who splice wire and label each region with the correct number of employees. (Hint: Read chapter 2 completely for similar examples before you do this exercise)
2. Using the information from question 1, discuss your result. Is Mr. Anderson's report correct? Why/why not?
