The plaintiffs are asking that Ms. Turnhill turn over all copies of her Microsoft Outlook emails in pdf form with embedded attachments. Cooke, Koke, & Kake, LLP does not have any software that can do that. Mr. Cooke, your supervising attorney, has asked you to research options and provided a recommendation. This should include the name of the product, product description, cost, and licensing options. He also wants to know how embezzlement is defined in the Texas Penal Code and what the penalty for that charge would be.
