He advises you that although his appointment is on January 21, 2021, he would like for her to mail all necessary documents to the office two weeks prior to her appointment so that he can review all of her materials. He further tells you that Ms. Garcia is not a U.S. citizen. However, her husband is a permanent resident. Her husband would like to file a relative petition on her behalf. He also tells you that Ms. Garcia and her husband do not speak English very well.
Mr. Smith reminds you that his initial consultation fee is a flat rate of $1,000 and that he only accepts cash, cashier's checks, or money orders. Mr. Smith also instructs you to make sure that Ms. Garcia brings all necessary parties with her to her interview, and mails all necessary documents prior to her interview.
