For this homework, you will participate in a discussion about the role of the prosecutor in making a decision to prosecute an accused on the basis of guilt or innocence. What is the role of a prosecutor? Is is possible for a prosecutor to be unbias?

f. Admissiblity of Digital Photos in Court
Draft a 4 page paper on the admissibility of digital photos in a trial. Be sure to proof read your paper. Do NOT start your paper half way down the page. Include the resources that you used to obtain the information for this paper. Discuss the fallibility of digital photos and the legal problems that could occur. Include a title page. Please use 12 font for the entire paper.
