Does the sierra club have standing to raise these issues

Assignment task:

The Funtime Corporation announced plans to develop a major amusement park in a marshy area that is adjacent to Franklin Electronics. The park would feature "badger rides," roller coasters, and various other attractions, and was estimated to create over 500 new jobs. Some citizens were not thrilled, however. The local Sierra Club filed suit to block the development, claiming that the park would destroy the habitat for 30 species of migratory waterfowl and cause other damage to wildlife. In addition, Franklin Electronics, on behalf of its employees, is complaining that they have used the property for employee lunch and coffee breaks, and even company picnics, for over 10 years. The company, its owners, and its employees, do not want the project to be built. Does the Sierra Club have "standing" to raise these issues? Why (or why not)? • What law applies to this situation? (You will find information about what standing is in the assigned readings.) • How does that law apply to this situation to help you determine whether the Sierra Club has standing? In other words, based upon the law, what is your answer to the questions, and why?
