Problem:
One of the Medical Residents (physicians-in-training) at the facility was recently involved in a serious automobile accident. The Resident is very popular with the Medical Center Staff and patients. It is common knowledge around the Medical Center that the Resident is a patient in the Intensive Care Unit and recently coded. Several of the other Medical Residents in training expressed their thoughts and feelings with family and friends on Facebook.
