At (your organization), we try to make sure that everyone can have their say and that no one's views and experiences are silenced.

- Are there times and spaces when parents and staff can talk privately? All parents and staff know about this?
- Is there time and space for informal chats between parents and staff at the start and end of the day?
- If staff and parents speak different languages, is there time for them to share and learn with each other?
- Can you say what you need to say to adults in this centre?
