Social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook are important tools used for hiring. Some employers disqualify potential employees based on posts, blogs and other information found on "social" sites that are not business-oriented. Is this a discriminatory practice? Yes or no? Additionally, selection process testing including personality testing is used by more and more companies oftentimes to screen out. Have you ever taken one?
