Stacy is the Project Manager at her company. Her primary project for the 2022 Q4 is to complete the automation of a critical process in one of the departments. She decides to contact a reputed software provider for her needs because she's been in contact with their top management.

The provider draws up a SAAS contract and eventually the software is installed. The directors and VPs of the provider are always interested in how their product is working. Stacy tells them that she was having issues with one of the software modules. One of the VP's response was, "Well, you must be using an old template. You need to update it."

When Stacy updated it, she realized the module lacked the capabilities of the old one. When she noted that to the VP, the response was "We haven't quite worked out the errors in the update. I'll pass this along to someone. Maybe something can be done."
