Problem
Do you think that many officers see no issue with "pressuring" defendants to try and gain a confession? Do they think that their authority should be enough to intimidate and force a confession? Or do some of the officers feel that if they are not able to pressure someone into a confession that they have not done their job and that they need to work harder to become more intimidating?
